Hospitality Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Hospitality Manager with a passion for guest service to lead our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and a track record of enhancing guest experiences while managing multiple departments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective communication between departments.
• Monitor hotel performance and prepare reports on occupancy and financial performance.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing special events at the hotel.
• Engage with local community to establish partnerships and promote the hotel.
• Handle financial planning including budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead initiatives on sustainability and environmental practices in hotel operations.
• Respond to and manage crisis situations efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality management
