We are looking for an Installation Specialist with a keen eye for detail and expertise in installation processes. The ideal candidate will oversee the installation of various systems, ensuring compliance with standards and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation teams and oversee their work to ensure compliance.
• Establish clear communication channels with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments and create contingency plans.
• Drive adherence to project deadlines and budgets.
• Assist in project estimation and planning.
• Conduct post-installation evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports for management on installation progress.
• Train junior staff members on installation processes and safety measures.
• Use installation tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Participate in safety audits and improvement plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Higher-level qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in installation or engineering roles

Certifications

• IOSH Managing Safely
