Job Description

We are seeking an Injection Molding Technician who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our injection molding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of injection molding processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to meet product specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve production techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in injection molding or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in injection molding or related field
