Job Description

An Anode Rebuilder is responsible for rebuilding and maintaining anodes used in various industries. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of anode construction and possess the skills necessary to ensure their effective performance. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of anodes prior to rebuilding.
  • Remove and replace defective components in anodes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for design improvements.
  • Document rebuilding processes and outcomes meticulously.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss production timelines.
  • Oversee compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Train junior staff on anode rebuilding techniques.
  • Utilise precision tools for effective rebuilding.
  • Participate in continuous professional development.
  • Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the industry.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • Experience in manufacturing or repair environments is essential.
