Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessment and therapy in a dynamic healthcare setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality mental health services, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
  • Work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals in patient care.
  • Participate in training and mentorship of junior staff.
  • Facilitate workshops and group therapies to promote learning and healing.
  • Contribute to policy development and service evaluation.
  • Advocate for client rights and ensure ethical practice.
  • Compile and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Support the integration of innovative practices in psychological therapy.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or equivalent
  • Membership with the British Psychological Society (BPS)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical settings
