Job Description

As a Mental Health Nurse at Health Care Services Ltd., you will provide essential care and support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will be part of a dedicated team, working collaboratively to ensure the well-being and recovery of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patient care in line with best mental health practices.
  • Participate in the development and evaluation of treatment protocols.
  • Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families.
  • Offer emotional support and counselling to patients.
  • Conduct risk assessments to ensure patient safety.
  • Engage patients in therapeutic activities to enhance recovery.
  • Document and report changes in patients’ conditions.
  • Network with external agencies for community resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience working in inpatient or community mental health settings
