Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Analyst to join our Liverpool team. The successful candidate will analyse data, develop policy proposals, and evaluate existing policies to ensure effective governance. Strong analytical skills and a passion for public service are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives to support policy formulation.
• Collaborate with government and non-profit organisations.
• Facilitate workshops to engage community members in policy discussions.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations across projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Public Policy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in policy analysis or public sector role
