Job Description

As a Roof Bolter, you'll play a crucial role in underground mining operations. Your primary responsibility will be to drill holes and secure bolts into mine roofs, ensuring the utmost stability and safety for our mining teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of bolting equipment and machinery.
• Assist in the development of operational protocols for roof bolting.
• Document and report bolting activities accurately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss safety and operational concerns.
• Train new team members on roof bolting procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• No formal educational qualifications required

Experience

• Prior experience as a roof bolter or in a similar mining role preferred.
