Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical and Counseling Psychologist to deliver high-quality counseling support to individuals engaged in various programs. The role involves assessing client needs, creating personalized counseling plans, and delivering effective guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ emotional and psychological needs through detailed interviews.
• Develop tailored therapeutic strategies to assist participants in achieving their goals.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the duration of programs.
• Engage with community resources to aid participant recovery and wellbeing.
• Monitor and adapt strategies based on individual participant feedback.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss approaches and client progress.
• Document all interactions and progress for review and compliance.
• Deliver training workshops to enhance staff skills and strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve program outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant degree in Counseling or Psychology
• Postgraduate qualifications are desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience within a related role
