Job Description

As an Event Planning Manager at Next Level Events Ltd., you will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing a broad range of events. Your role will require you to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure every detail is managed efficiently and meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of diverse events, ensuring all aspects are covered.
• Create and manage project timelines and checklists for each event.
• Provide strategic recommendations on event themes, content, and formats.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Monitor event trends and industry best practices to incorporate into planning.
• Prepare post-event reports and assessments for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial role focusing on event planning

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
