Job Description

As a Gaming Table Operator, you will be responsible for operating and managing gaming tables. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to gaming regulations, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of games and manage gaming equipment effectively.
• Educate customers on the rules of games and assist with betting processes.
• Conduct accurate record keeping and reporting of all transactions.
• Monitor customers for signs of problem gambling and intervene as necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation of gaming table areas.
• Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Regularly participate in training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of Gaming Control Board training programme

Experience

• Experience in a casino environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Casino Game Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of different casino games and rules.
• Prior Gaming Experience: Experience in managing gaming tables preferred.
