Job Description
As a Gaming Table Operator, you will be responsible for operating and managing gaming tables. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to gaming regulations, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Control the flow of games and manage gaming equipment effectively.
Educate customers on the rules of games and assist with betting processes.
Conduct accurate record keeping and reporting of all transactions.
Monitor customers for signs of problem gambling and intervene as necessary.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of gaming table areas.
Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
Regularly participate in training and development initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Completion of Gaming Control Board training programme
Experience
Experience in a casino environment preferred
