Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Hotel Manager to oversee our operations in York. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing top-notch service. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while managing the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of hotel staff.
  • Implement strategies for increasing occupancy rates and hotel revenue.
  • Collaborate with local businesses and tourism agencies to promote the hotel.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Oversee the management of front desk operations and guest relations.
  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Address any emergencies or problems that arise on the property.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 7+ years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
