Job Description

As a Field Researcher, you will play a vital role in gathering and analysing data that informs our clients' business strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting surveys, engaging with diverse populations, and reporting on findings to contribute to impactful decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement research protocols.
• Facilitate community engagement to promote trust and transparency.
• Collect feedback from participants to improve research practices.
• Prepare summaries of findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate findings into strategy.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards in research.
• Develop and manage research schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Suggest improvements to current research methodologies.
• Ensure all research materials are properly documented.
• Support in the organisation of research workshops and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is preferred but not required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in market research or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Statistical Software (e.g., SPSS, R)
• GIS Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of consumer behaviour theories: Strong grasp of the factors influencing consumer choices.
