Job Description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee our operations in Watford. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of warehouse operations and supply chain logistics, optimising processes to enhance capacity and productivity.

• Ensure that warehouse operations are cost-effective.
• Develop and implement clear and effective logistics strategies.
• Review and optimise operational processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather insight into logistics needs.
• Supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Generate metrics and reports to measure logistics performance.
• Implement best practices for warehouse management.
• Ensure effective and safe use of equipment and tools.

• Proficiency in project management software: Experience managing projects using tools like MS Project or Trello.
