• Oversee the intake and preparation of organic waste for cooking in the digester.
• Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure all systems operate smoothly.
• Collaborate with the digester team to troubleshoot issues and implement performance improvements.
• Maintain logs of cooking conditions and results to assist with process optimization.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to biogas production.

• Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Basic cooking training
• Cooking Skills Ability to prepare food safely and effectively.
• Data Entry Skills Experience with basic software for recording results.
• Attention to Detail Highly attentive to fine details for quality control.
• Team Collaboration Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Good Communication Skills Effective communicator for reporting and teamwork.
• English (Fluent)
