• Utilise both traditional and digital tools to create design visuals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advise on health and safety standards in design implementation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in interior design.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents as required.
• Document design processes and project milestones.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Create cost estimates and manage budgetary allocations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Postgraduate degree in Design or Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design

Technical Skills

• 3D Rendering Software
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Interior Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent
