Job Description

Our healthcare team in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive health assessments, formulate treatment plans, and educate patients on managing their health. You'll play a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes through effective clinical practice and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

  • Lead health assessments and manage patient care processes.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions.
  • Provide effective communication to patients regarding their health status.
  • Implement evidence-based practice in patient care.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians to enhance treatment protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • Advanced Practice Nursing Qualification
  • Relevant nursing degree is acceptable
Experience
  • At least 5 years in a clinical setting, with leadership experience preferred
