Job Description

As a Command and Control Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in coordinating air defence operations. You will be tasked with monitoring radar systems, assessing potential threats, and leading the deployment of air defence measures. This role demands strong analytical and communication skills to effectively work with military personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the monitoring and analysis of airspace for potential threats using advanced radar systems.
  • Manage the deployment of countermeasures against identified air threats.
  • Ensure effective communication with allied forces during joint operations.
  • Maintain and update procedures for operational and emergency protocols.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance team skills and readiness.
  • Evaluate system capabilities regularly and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance integrated air defence strategies.
  • Conduct post-mission reviews to assess performance and improve protocols.
  • Develop operational reports for senior officers detailing mission success and areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the operations team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Master's degree or professional qualifications preferred
