Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental Quality Division Manager to lead our team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and implementing environmentally conscious practices. The ideal candidate will oversee environmental audits, policy development, and staff training.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders regarding environmental performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to implement environmental initiatives.
  • Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans for environmental impacts.
  • Advise the executive team on environmental risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement in environmental matters.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in environmental roles with increased responsibility
