We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our thriving practice in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of veterinary medicine and a passion for animal welfare, capable of performing a range of surgical and medical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose medical conditions in companion and farm animals.
• Conduct and assist in surgeries and critical care procedures.
• Educate clients on preventive care and treatment options.
• Maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient care.
• Liaise with pet owners to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
• Specialist qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience

• Emergency Care

Certifications

• Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Registration

Languages

• English: Fluent
