Responsibilities

• Develop audit plans and ensure all compliance checks are executed properly.
• Monitor compliance metrics and KPIs to track the organisation's compliance performance.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay informed of best practices in compliance management.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Act as a resource for compliance inquiries from employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Additional certifications in compliance or auditing are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance or risk auditing

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Project Management Skills: Experience in managing compliance projects and coordinating with teams.
