Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Cardiff. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensuring efficient goods handling and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits.
  • Track shipments and manage the logistics process.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Implement best practices for warehouse operations.
  • Assist with recruitment and training of new staff.
  • Address and resolve any day-to-day operational issues.
  • Monitor equipment and tools for safety and maintenance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management
