We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse setting and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and organization of the warehouse layout.

• Adhere to company policies regarding product handling.
• Be proactive in identifying areas for procedural improvement.
• Support the management team with ad-hoc duties as required.
• Engage with health and safety training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in logistics or warehousing is advantageous
