Warehouse Operative

Job Description

Looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Liverpool. You will be responsible for warehousing duties, including loading and unloading goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing goods and materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks on products received and dispatched.
• Help develop and implement warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Support in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the work environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not essential.

Technical Skills

• Forklift License
• Inventory Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with SAP or similar warehouse management software: Familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage for managing warehouse operations.
• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment: Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse setting where time management is crucial.
