Job Description

As a Spring Coiler, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining spring coiling machines to produce precision springs according to customer specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong mechanical aptitude, ensuring production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine machine settings.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain clean and safe working environments in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training junior staff on machine operations and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• No specific qualifications required, but a relevant vocational certificate in manufacturing is desirable.

Experience

• Prior experience operating and maintaining spring coiling machines is highly desirable.
