As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead the production teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves maintaining safety standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of production plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions.
Plan and conduct safety training programs for all employees on the floor.
Work closely with the engineering team to refine and enhance manufacturing processes.
Facilitate communication between production and upper management to ensure alignment.
Support and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and optimize efficiency.
Ensure effective record-keeping of production activities and employee performance metrics.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management
Experience
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
