Join our team as a Construction Project Manager, where you will lead diverse construction projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and ensure milestones are met.

• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors.
• Ensure all project materials are sourced and procured as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management

• Project Management Software (e.g. MS Project)
• Budget Management

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) membership
• SMSTS Certification

Languages
