Job Description

As a Residential Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of service and ensuring tenant satisfaction, alongside managing the upkeep of properties and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise residential staff and ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures for property management.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for property expenses.
  • Develop tenant engagement initiatives to enhance community living.
  • Monitor and review service contracts with external vendors.
  • Work collaboratively with local housing authorities and agencies.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members.
  • Facilitate tenant meetings to address community issues and feedback.
  • Prepare end-of-year reports for management review.
  • Ensure timely communication of policies and regulations to tenants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Property Management preferred
