Job Description

As a Plant Operations Coordinator, you will hold a central role in managing the daily activities within our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistent operations, overseeing staff, optimising production processes, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in budget management for the plant operations.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments to enhance workflow.
  • Support quality assurance processes to maintain standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Professional certifications in lean manufacturing or production planning (desirable)
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in plant operations or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
