Job Description

As the Operations Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our organization, ensuring that our business processes are efficient and effective. You will lead a dedicated team, driving improvements and implementing strategies that enhance productivity and optimise our resources. The ideal candidate should possess a strong operational background, with experience in managing complex projects and leading teams to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the operational management of all business functions, ensuring a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Establish performance metrics and monitor key operational processes.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to promote synergy.
  • Evaluate and enhance supply chain management strategies.
  • Respond to operational challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to align resources for efficiency.
  • Develop training programs to elevate staff performance and engagement.
  • Report on operational performance metrics to the executive team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
  • Relevant professional certifications are a plus

  • 7+ years of operational leadership experience
