Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and production of event materials.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop themes and concepts.
• Conduct risk assessments for events to mitigate potential issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to execute successful events.
• Create and manage event promotion strategies.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in Event Planning or Management

Experience

• 5+ years of event planning experience

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
