Job Description

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you will play a pivotal role in leading process improvement initiatives across our organisation. You will employ your expertise in statistical analysis and problem-solving to identify inefficiencies, reduce defects, and enhance overall quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise process improvement opportunities.
• Implement best practices in quality assurance and project management.
• Utilise Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to analyse workflows.
• Work with leadership to set KPIs for process performance.
• Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification
