Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor cardiac telemetry and identify potential issues with patient health.
• Report changes to the appropriate nursing staff immediately.
• Manage and operate telemetry equipment reliably.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of telemetry data protocols.
• Support the clinical team in patient assessments and care.
• Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Additional certifications in telemetry or cardiac monitoring preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a telemetry monitoring role.

Technical Skills

• Medical equipment operation
