Job Description

As a Microsystems Engineer, you will design, develop, and test advanced microelectronic systems. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects align with both technical and market requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer microelectronic systems and prototypes.
  • Lead design reviews and project planning sessions.
  • Develop methodologies for testing and validating new designs.
  • Support production transition for new designs into manufacturing.
  • Work closely with the R&D team to experiment with new microelectronics technologies.
  • Champion quality initiatives and continually strive to improve processes.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on component performance.
  • Prepare and present project updates to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a similar field
  • Master's degree in Microelectronics is a plus
Experience
  • At least 5 years working on microelectronics projects
