We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological assessments and treatments to patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose psychological disorders in patients.
• Create treatment schemes and monitor progress regularly.
• Lead therapy and support groups for various mental health issues.
• Collaborate with local agencies for integrated care solutions.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention when required.
• Involve families in the treatment process to enhance outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of department protocols and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
• Additional psychological qualifications, such as a post-doc, are an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years in a clinical setting providing mental health services
