Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to join our team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to healthcare regulations. Your role will be vital in supporting our healthcare professionals and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Review and process patient feedback and complaints.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management reviews.
• Establish effective systems for record-keeping and data management.
• Evaluate administrative processes and make improvements where necessary.
• Participate in strategic planning and operational initiatives.
• Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with privacy regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations management

Certifications

• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR): Experience with EHR systems to manage patient data effectively.
