Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will engage with customers, deliver exceptional service, and help them find the right products to meet their needs. Your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the forefront.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Support customers in making informed buying decisions and upsell where appropriate.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers for enhanced loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints swiftly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Ensure the sales area is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Keep abreast of new product releases and market trends.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by helping colleagues as needed.
  • Assist with stock checks and the replenishment of merchandise.

Requirements

Education
  • Experience in a retail sales role is a plus.
Experience
  • Previous sales experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
Technical Skills
  • Point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Microsoft Office

Languages
  • English: Fluent
