Job Description

As a Command and Control Center Specialist, you will be at the forefront of air tactical control operations. Your primary responsibilities will include operating and maintaining LAMPS MK III equipment, ensuring effective communication and coordination with various air and ground units. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control air traffic as part of the tactical command team.
  • Communicate with pilots to provide instructions and guidance.
  • Keep thorough records of all communications and operational activities.
  • React swiftly to emergencies, indicating clear and decisive actions.
  • Collaborate with military and civilian agencies for joint operations.
  • Utilize technical expertise in air traffic control procedures and regulations.
  • Assist in the evaluation and enhancement of operational protocols.
  • Upgrade system knowledge through continuous training and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
  • Military operational experience is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in relevant air traffic control roles.
