Job Description

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing psychological assessments, interventions, and support for patients facing various mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' mental health needs and formulate treatment strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality therapy while maintaining confidentiality and respect.
  • Document assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately.
  • Educate patients and families about mental health and coping strategies.
  • Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes recovery.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and supervision.

Requirements

Education
  • Masters in Clinical Psychology
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
Technical Skills
  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Soft Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
Certifications
  • First Aid certification is preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with assessing and treating children and adolescents: Experience with child and adolescent mental health issues.
