We are on the lookout for an amicable Environmental Assessment Specialist to join our dedicated group in Newton Abbot. You will focus on conducting detailed environmental assessments, complying with regulations, and advising on best practices to promote sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.
• Advise clients on best practices for environmental compliance.
• Work with stakeholders to enhance sustainability initiatives.
• Manage timelines and budgets for assessments effectively.
• Conduct research on emerging environmental regulations.
• Support the development of company sustainability strategies.
• Foster relationships with industry peers and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or equivalent
• Master's degree in Environmental Policy or Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years experience in environmental assessment or consultancy roles

Technical Skills

• Environmental Regulations
• Data Analysis Software

Certifications

• IOSH Managing Safely
• Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)

Languages

• English: Fluent
