• Develop training programs to improve staff performance and service quality.
• Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract guests.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns.
• Review operational processes and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and manage employee relations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality management
