Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the construction team to ensure efficiency.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure quality.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor construction costs and develop cost-reduction strategies.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Report on project status and progress to senior management.
Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.
Prepare and manage financial reports and forecasts.
Train and mentor junior staff on site practices.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Master's degree is preferred
