Job Description

As a Real Estate Appraiser, you will be responsible for evaluating properties and estimating their market value by analysing their condition, location, and comparable sales data. You will interact closely with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to provide accurate valuations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential and commercial properties thoroughly.
• Gather and maintain comprehensive records of property inspections.
• Mentor junior appraisers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Create and present valuation findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead discussions to resolve disputes over property valuation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in property inspections and data analysis

Languages

• English: Fluent
