Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Agronomy Researcher to join our dynamic research team in Margate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agronomy with a keen interest in sustainable agricultural practices. You will be responsible for conducting field trials, collecting and analyzing data, and contributing to research publications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects focused on sustainable agriculture.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of agronomic practices.
  • Utilise statistical software for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with external partners on research initiatives.
  • Support product development based on research findings.
  • Facilitate workshops for knowledge sharing and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or related field
  • Master's degree in Plant Science or similar is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-6 years of research experience, preferably in crop science
