Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Route Clerk to manage and optimise our transportation routes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of goods and provide top-notch customer service while utilising advanced logistics management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Create effective delivery schedules to maximise fleet use.
  • Support logistics management systems by inputting route data and adjustments.
  • Ensure all deliveries meet customer satisfaction standards.
  • Address unforeseen delivery issues promptly.
  • Manage relationships with transport partners and third-party carriers.
  • Work alongside warehouse and customer service teams for coordination.
  • Evaluate route efficiency and recommend enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in logistics coordination or similar roles.
