Job Description

We are currently seeking a Lamp Shades Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality lamp shades in a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design efforts for complex analog circuits, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
  • Utilise simulation tools such as SPICE and Cadence for circuit performance evaluation.
  • Work with product management to define requirements and timelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design process.
  • Mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in analog or mixed-signal circuit design.
