Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide training and supervision to junior staff and trainees.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in clinical psychology

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): Knowledge of DBT principles and application in therapy.
