You will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide actionable insights and implement innovative solutions that align with our clients' business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage in detailed competitor analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Design strategic frameworks tailored to individual client needs.
• Lead client-facing meetings to ensure alignment and understanding of strategy.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies through KPIs and metrics.
• Foster a culture of innovative thinking and problem-solving within the team.
• Develop training materials for client teams to implement new strategies.
• Attend industry events to broaden knowledge and network.
• Involve in business development activities to attract new clients.
• Support the marketing team with insights for promotional strategies.
• Draft reports and presentations summarising project outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in Retail Management is an advantage

• 5+ years of experience in retail and strategic consultancy
