Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with clients to ensure they are utilizing our services effectively.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to tailor services to their needs.
  • Coordinate regular catch-up meetings with clients to review service quality and address concerns.
  • Assist in the development of support resources and training materials.
  • Become the voice of the customer within the company to drive innovation and improvement.
