Shuttle Driver

Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage and organize delivery routes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and report any problems.
• Collect and confirm delivery signatures from customers.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Report delays or incidents to the Logistics Manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Valid UK driving license with no major endorsements

Experience

• Experience in delivery or courier services is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Basic vehicle maintenance skills: Ability to perform simple repairs and upkeep to the delivery van.
• Valid CPC qualification: Certificate of Professional Competence is advantageous.
